If your answer is not here, talk to the team directly.

Do you sell fixed tour packages?

No. We do not publish a fixed tour list. We design the programme around the guest's length of stay, profile, interests, language, mobility needs and the nature of the visit — then coordinate its details on the ground.

How do you choose the right flight?

Not on price alone. We weigh journey time, number of stops, change flexibility, baggage policy, carrier reliability and how well the flight fits the mission window — so the recommendation is a balanced one.

What is your responsibility on visas?

The decision to issue or refuse a visa rests with the embassy or competent authority. Sixth Gulf's responsibility is the accuracy of the file, the follow-up, and early notification of observations or missing items.

Do you serve government entities?

Yes — they are our most important segment. We adapt the service model to the organisation's policy, approval level, traveller types, mission type, movement volume and reporting requirements.

How do you handle changes and disruption?

We track amendments, refunds and flight disruption and supply alternatives when needed — recording every change and cancellation, and following refunds through to settlement.

Do you manage event travel?

Yes. We manage participant, speaker and delegation travel, and tie traveller movement to arrival and departure windows and the event's operational programme, with one clear point of contact.

What does your technology add?

We connect search, booking, request management, suppliers, cost and reporting into a clearer operational cycle — cutting manual steps and raising visibility of request status and cost.

How do we start?

Start with a corporate proposal request. Share your travel movement, the services you need and your approval policy, and the team will prepare an initial view of the right service model.
